They've rescheduled my washer delivery four times now. The last two were less than ten minutes apart. The manager of the local Geek Squad also tried to charge me extra, and is probably the reason for the latest reschedules as I put in a complaint against her to corporate and got the charge removed. I'm beyond pissed at them, but Lowes literally doesn't even answer the phone. Edit: In response to the owner's bot, I called many times for help and got nowhere. I've now cancelled the order and gone to Lowe's. I hope you appreciate how poor service lost you a thousand dollar sale.

Made an appointment to get my tablet fixed. Arrived and the rep barely acknowledged me before saying "we don't repair Samsung tablets." Nothing on the website or in my appointment details said this, so I suggested they post that somewhere or maybe not let people make an appointment when they provide their devices details and those aren't eligible for service. The rep was rude and completely unhelpful on top of it all.

Got a couple phone batteries replaced. When one repair took extra time they provided a loaner phone until the part came and there was no charge for that. Also, got a great deal on an open box TV.

You can walk into this store happy, and courteous... but the response of those employees is a tribute to the FACT that they hate their job... and you for trying to share that your LIFE is wonderful in the way that you SHOP! You'll be received better at a funeral home, living or dead!🔥💯 # Not all, just the most important!

I worked with Jayden to find a new computer for my kids. He was not interested in helping me and I felt I would be better off shopping online. I ended up having to leave with no purchase. His phone must have been more interesting than customer service.
